Stellar views, quiet streets, a Northwest retreat just minutes from downtown.
With expansive views of Puget Sound, the Blue Ridge neighborhood of north Seattle has plenty to offer. North Beach is a little less formal, but has similar homes and views. The two neighborhoods are often lumped together as the Blue Ridge/North Beach neighborhood.
Housing options in this neighborhood are primarily single family, with a few newer townhomes constructed along NW 85 Street and 15th Avenue NW. The Blue Ridge community is characterized by underground utilities, view protection and closely-adhered to covenants. North Beach is more free-wheeling, some areas with stellar Puget Sound views, other homes nestled along wooded ravines, affording a more quiet, natural setting. Both neighborhoods afford residents a singular, Northwest lifestyle with close proximity to Puget Sound, yet still a short commute to downtown and the University of Washington. Both communities offer beach club access, subject to location.
Transportation in these neighborhoods is primarily dependent upon personal vehicles. There are some public bus routes which serve each community, connecting residents with Ballard, downtown Seattle and the University of Washington.

Additionally, it's just minutes to all the resources that downtown Ballard has to offer.
